Dancing, is something I've always enjoyed from a young child when enjoying ballet lessons, a little bit of tap dancing, and then when older to ballroom and Latin American Dancing ... oh, I simply loved it. Perhaps that is why I do enjoy the UK Strictly Come Dancing show - I think in the US it's called Dancing with the Stars!
I love being with the grand-children the saying 'they keep you young' comes to mind. Their energy levels and joy for life is just wonderful and so contagious ... I love it! Mind you it is also nice when you kiss and wave them goodbye and sink into a comfortable chair and enjoy that cup of tea in silence ...
... and now as I sit quietly with my cup of tea,
my thoughts turn to 'what's for dinner later?'
I think it may be this ...
Provençal Chicken - a favourite : Especially for low carbers
