ReplyDeleteI always tell people to follow the money, he who pays the piper names the tune. So many so called health organisations are pay-rolled by junk food or big pharma, often both. The message is simple eat whole natural food from the farm or the sea, not some giant food companies failed science experiment.

Every year different studies come out and either are really bad for you or are really good for you and then it flip flops the next year. I tried cooking with coconut oil over a year ago and I didn't like it so I don't use it. I don't use margarine but I do use butter and olive oil because I like them.
