6g carb per serving
1 cup / 0.2 litre (approx. 7 fluid ounces) heavy (double) whipping cream
3 egg yolks
½ teaspoon ground cardamom (green)
½ lemon, the zest
8 oz. / 225 g mascarpone cheese
6 oz. / 175 g blueberries, frozen

You can also:
Use raspberries instead of blueberries for even fewer carbs, about 3.5 g per portion.
