  4. Our gr-grandparents ate unprocessed foods, ones that were grown and harvested by them. While they died in their 70s and 70s, it was from illnesses of the time.

  5. Well, that goes contrary to most recommendations! Have you seen Norm Robillard's writings? He a;sp says to limit fermentable carbs.
