The pale flesh has a close texture and a mild flavour that pairs up well with many different ingredients. Never eat raw chicken, and always thoroughly wash your hands, utensils and cutting board as soon as you've cut or handled raw chicken'... please read more facts about chicken here

  19. Sounds delicious except the dill pickle. I'm not a fan of dills, but without it would be nice. I roasted a chicken today and have plenty of chicken leftover. Yum! ♥

  23. Wish I'd been around on Monday for your Spiced Parsnip Soup with Coriander and Chili Pesto. It sounds great, Sadly, I'm not a fan of mayo. In fact, when I need a base for salads, I turn to ranch dressing, rather than mayonnaise. However, I might actually serve this to some friends who are coming by on Sunday.
