I'm slowly getting back into the typing groove when my left arm actually allows me to type. That's just the type of zesty recipe I love. Thanks for that, my thoughtful friend.

Hi Kezzie, the photograph on this post was taken by Jill Wallentin part of the team at Diet Doctor site and I did link back to the recipe which gives this detail. When it's my own recipe I sometimes take how to photo's and the finished result, or sometimes just the finished result before we tuck in! Another site that quite often has a step by step guide plus the finished result is Simply Recipes, for example, see Elise Bauer recipe for Carrot Ginger Soup here: https://www.simplyrecipes.com/recipes/carrot_ginger_soup/

I guess it's up to the blogger/poster and what they want to do :)

    Many thanks for your comment.

    All the best Jan
