  2. Bacon pieces enrich the taste of any salad and add the much beneficial protein to it. Broccoli is the "herb of God" as it is packed with so many nutrients. The salad looks very good on the above plate.

  4. I'd have to leave out the onion for my wife who hates flavor.

Maybe switch for pickled green beans?

  10. Oh this would be great! I make something similar that just has the broccoli, no cauliflower. I think the cauliflower would really add some wow to it. I will try this out.

  12. Todo muy ssaludable. La parte que menos me convence es la del tocino, por su aporte de grasas.

  14. Bacon afficianardos believe everything is better with bacon. This salad would float my boat without it. Thank you.

  24. Another yummy one.
I reviewed a cook book for diabetics. I passed it on to my client. She has it, just going on the needle, a daughter and SIL, and another daughter or two has it, as well. It's all in the cooking. You do good work here.

  26. I actually made this recipe and didn't care for it. Nor did anyone else in my household. On top of that, it didn't look anything like the picture.

Maybe it's the sour cream. Unless you really love sour cream, I'd pass on this one.

Hi Steve, many thanks for your comment and feedback.
I always think it good to try out recipes, and of course what one person may like another one will not. Although sorry it didn't turn out like the picture!
Yes, this recipe does use sour cream for the sauce, and if you are not a lover of it, I can understand …
