Ingredients
Serves Four
11g carbs per serving
3 ripe peaches
2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup (240ml) heavy (double) whipping cream
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Tips
The peaches may also be served with a generous amount of non-flavoured Greek yogurt.

The Fredericksburg peaches are still the ones that are sweet, but not free stone. Should be out and ready to grill soon.

ReplyDeleteI love raw peaches and yoghurt. In fact I've been enjoying the combination this past week. Grilled peaches sounds different and I expect would be tasty especially if the peaches are nice and ripe.

I love it at this time of year when so many lovely fruits become readily available. Peaches and nectarines are two favourites, plus Apricots now.

ReplyDeleteI never thought of grilling peaches. I always delight in eating them fresh. Surely, fresh fruit, pure and unadulterated is one of life’s great treats. Today I had both strawberries and cantaloupe - absolutely delicious.
