Perfect! I've been taking a few select vitamins for a couple of months now and it seems to be helping me, too. It's always a challenge to be active...but not too tired!
Hello Jan! Sounds like a good advice! Sometimes simple things are the best for our mood and for our health too! Wishing you a lovely day and a happy week! Dimi...
I can honestly say I do most of those things but not all. It is good advice but not everyone has the willpower or time to do them and this is where the problems start. One step at a time. Choose one thing and when that is part of your life, choose another.
as i get older the only thing i usually watch on tv is the news. some news channels can be really funny. watching cnn is like watching comedy central. their 'so called experts' and their opinions make me laugh.
good advice. I either exercise at home or go out hiking or walking almost every day - i usually always feel good but then there are those days usually associated with my kids' problems.

Certainly no TV, nothing on it much anyway.
ReplyDeleteSound advice, that's the way. Have a great week, Valerie
ReplyDeleteThe doctor is right about the TV. There are so many negative messages from the media these days that they are sure to affect our well-being.

ReplyDeleteDitching the TV should be at the top of the list.
ReplyDeleteYes! TV is a waste of time. I watch very little of it, and usually only in the evening to relax a little before going to sleep.
