  3. Excellent advice, but some of it is easier said than done. I wish I could stop worrying, but the off button has disappeared.

  4. Perfect! I've been taking a few select vitamins for a couple of months now and it seems to be helping me, too. It's always a challenge to be active...but not too tired!

  9. The doctor is right about the TV. There are so many negative messages from the media these days that they are sure to affect our well-being.

    God bless.

  10. I can honestly say I do most of those things but not all.
It is good advice but not everyone has the willpower or time to do them and this is where the problems start.
One step at a time. Choose one thing and when that is part of your life, choose another.

  12. as i get older the only thing i usually watch on tv is the news. some news channels can be really funny. watching cnn is like watching comedy central. their 'so called experts' and their opinions make me laugh.

  14. Yes! TV is a waste of time. I watch very little of it, and usually only in the evening to relax a little before going to sleep.
