Parsley ... a lovely herb, here's how you can use it in low carb recipes

  16. Most Americans see it as a decoration and leave it on the plate at the end of the entree. I love the taste of it, and it cleanses the palette, too. I am interested in the mushroom recipe, so will be copying that for sure. Thanks for sharing these recipes and sharing the nutritional value of it, too.

  23. I was thinking of you yesterday. I built a perfectly respectable spaghetti dinner. Not from scratch, but I added a lot of goodies: red and yellow peppers, onion. I thought you'd be proud of me!

  24. I love parsley. It's the one single herb I've always used in a lot of dishes from eggs, to chicken, stews and soups. It even freshens the breath. Have a great day. Wow, took me 5 screens of pictures to get it right to post! Some difficult stuff going on there.

  25. I always associate it with fish! I am very proud to have kept a Parsley plant alive since last May! ANd a Basil one! Never managed this before. I think it is to do with our sunny windowsilL!
