Fishing with handgrenardes? In the book, "A River of Doubt" there is a story of an early group of explorers in the Amazon who were starving and found that they could throw dymanite into the river above a falls and the shocked fish could be picked up below. One of them, collecting fish, having filled his pockets, put one in his mouth. It was a piranha, and it woke up and bite the guys tongue. The guy almost bleed to death. Lots of candidates for Darwin Awards!
