Live Laugh Love ... and enjoy a low carb raspberry sponge finger !





April brings sunshine smiles and
precious memories of family and grandchildren.
These photographs were taken while out enjoying an hours exercise
(allowed in the current coronavirus situation) and fortunate to live by the sea.

  12. Yum! Both the seaside and the cake. I've got to get some raspberries and try this. I use a low carb baking blend and it should work pretty well. Take care!

  16. So wonderful to get out and walk on the beach and explore, it looks like you had a lot of room, they just opened beaches down south and the people are way to close together I would think, but many are not worried I guess.
