    Thank you a lot, too! Without your blog I may still be too dumb to cook and bake, you taught me so much, I just told my SIL today!
    I ate all the Brussels Sprouts without making a soup this time (bu-huuu!). But after cooking I put it in the pan to make it golden and guess!!! My 81-year old neighbor said his wife always did the same!!
