It's The Weekend

Yes, the weekend is here.
Will you be shopping, seeing family / friends, writing Christmas cards, catching up with housework,
or perhaps you may find time to put your feet up and relax with a good book or listen to some music.

  1. We have a busy weekend with attending a dinner party with friends, and a granddaughter's first birthday. All happy times. There will surely be cups of tea along the way. Happy weekend to you!

    Made a batch each of Rum balls and Frangelico balls today - water melon for lunch, Sunday visitors for a barbecue of homepage salads, steak and hamburgers!

  6. I did use my meter and my glucose reading this morning was not horrible. I was surprised. Then again... maybe it'll be a delayed Thanksgiving reaction and it'll hit tomorrow.

  16. The cake looks a perfect snack with tea on a cold, dark, rainy night. I'll have to try it one day this winter. As for my weekend, I hope to do a spot o0f cleaning, a bit of decorating and resting too.

  38. I am so far behind, we have taken in a 5 week old kitten that was abandoned by it's momma under our deck and there just isn't enough hours in a day, trying not to sweet it right now.
