A is for Apple, Avocado, Aubergine (Eggplant)

Would any of these be your choices? Do you have another dish that would fit 'A is for' ?
Please share your thoughts in the comments below.

A is for Apple, and when I think of apple I think of

A is also for Avocado, have you tried

A is for Aubergine
although some readers know it as eggplant!

  13. Todo es muy recomendable. Las berenjenas son muy típicas de mi zona, cortadas, después emborrizadas y fritas y el punto final es untarle con una brocha miel rebajada.

    Besos.

  15. We've come away to Greece and left hundreds of cooking Apples unpicked. The neighbors have had apple crumble and apply pie. They now avoid us in case we ask if they need more Apples. Help!

Hello there and many thanks for your question.
Sweeteners have been in the news recently, I think due to the report in the BMJ "Artificial sweeteners and risk of cardiovascular diseases: results from the prospective NutriNet-Santé cohort" which you can see on this link here
    https://www.bmj.com/content/378/bmj-2022-071204

However, there are also many articles regarding sweeteners on the internet that you may like to read, these two for example

    https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/nutrition-and-healthy-eating/in-depth/artificial-sweeteners/art-20046936

    https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb/keto/sweeteners

Swerve Sweetener seems to be quite popular and there is an article "Swerve Sweetener : Good or Bad?" that you may like to read, see it here
    https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/swerve-sweetener#what-it-is

Of course, whether or not to use sweeteners is an individual choice.

I hope you may find the articles I've highlighted useful.

    All the best Jan
