    That is quite funny but I have say that living in a 600 unit high rise with tons of untrained poorly behaved "emotional support" dogs,
    I don't find anything about them funny. Our pet free ( but not emotional support free) building puts up with dogs releasing themselves in the elevators, barking and growling at residents, growing, getting into fights with other dogs, etc. the guy in your cartoon looks like a well behaved dog. It is quite funny.
