ReplyDeleteI'm with you on this subject. I always call my medical suppliers and am greeted with a recorded message to go to their web site. Someone answers eventually and I place or confirm my order with them. I wonder if those who eventually answer will soon go the way of all the rest that have been replaced by web sites and text messages.
