Some Tips
i) To reduce dishes, you can also cook the beef and vegetables in an oven-safe skillet. When the beef is browned, simply top with cheese and place into the oven.
ii) Using both red and green peppers adds flavor, but if you prefer, you can just use one or the other.
iii) Serve with a dollop of sour cream.

ReplyDeleteLooks delicious, another yummy recipe.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing. Enjoy your weekend.
Perfect or this cold weather
ReplyDeleteI like chili, especially in the winter, but I always include beans. To be honest, beans are what makes up most of what's in my freezer...
ReplyDeleteWe do like a similar chili, and often add some grated cheese to the bowl before serving it. Making it into a casserole is a good idea.
ReplyDeleteHope your weekend is going well.
Looks delicious!
ReplyDeleteBaked dishes are so often big winners. Simple, and very tasty.
ReplyDeleteOMG. I love the idea of a Chili Bake!
ReplyDeleteI'm always ready for chili.
ReplyDeleteSounds delicious-we usually like various beans included but this does look really good

ReplyDeleteEverything but the chili would suit me
ReplyDeleteThis is what I will be making tonight
ReplyDeleteSound pretty simple.
ReplyDeleteCoffee is on and stay safe
that sounds really good, like there is cheese in it
ReplyDeleteOh looks great❤️
ReplyDeleteIt must be great fun to enjoy this dish in the warm room on a SNOWY day.
ReplyDeleteCan't beat a good chilli for winter days. My own version is much the same but without the cheese, and maybe paprika, oregano and lots of garlic. Good quality beef is essential. From a local butcher, not a supermarket.
ReplyDeleteYummy, must try this! Valerie
ReplyDeleteLinda e apetitosa sugestão! Ótima nova semana! beijos, chica
ReplyDeleteIt has to be delicious, seeing it reminded me of the lasagna from the photo.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing.
Happy week.
Best regards.
Yammie…have a beautiful Sunday love from us 🍀🐾❤️🍀
ReplyDeleteSounds tasty! And I always like reducing the number of pans, dishes, spoons, etc, I use. Washing up is not my favourite part of cooking!
ReplyDeleteI'm printing this one as I think the picky husband would enjoy this too.
ReplyDeleteYum!

If only it didn't include hamburger.
ReplyDeleteLooks delicious.
ReplyDeleteYum, yum! I'd swap the ground beef for ground turkey/chicken or soya mince and go from there--a nice versatile dish for sure!
ReplyDeleteSounds and looks delish! Xo
