Autumn - Taking a Walk and Falling Leaves

Taking a walk is so much fun,
We don't hurry, we don't run,

We watch for birds,
We watch for bees,

We look for all the falling leaves.
~ Mary Jackson Ellis ~

two of our grandchildren enjoying a walk,
this photograph was taken a few years ago,
but like me they still enjoy an Autumn walk,
scrunching the leaves beneath their feet ... such a joyous sound 😊

I think snoopy needs help 😊

always plenty of falling/fallen leaves that need raking up

after a walk or raking leaves
enjoy a lower carb recipe pumpkin spice muffin with a cuppa

  12. Jan, with fallen leaves in autumn you can make compos to fertilize your garden or garden. To do this you make a well and intersperse layers with soil and dry leaves. After 3 months approx. They will become food for your plants.
