Well after quite a busy week ... today has been lovely and quiet.
Some nice easy 'chores' followed by a sit down and cuppa ... can't be bad.
My preferred choice is always tea,
however, you may prefer coffee!
Are you enjoying/have you had a Soothing Sunday?
I do hope so.
~ May the coming week be a good one for you ~
All the best Jan
Having grown up in a Japanese household, I never had cream and sugar in my tea. When we visited England for the first time decades ago, we tried it for the first time and loved it. In fact, my daughter fell in love with English tea with cream and sugar that she drinks it that way all the time. She even asked us to pick up some tea at Harrods when we were in London last year. :-)
ReplyDeleteTão bom nos dar de presente momentos tranquilos, tomando um chá gostoso! Aqui pelo calor, só chá bem gelado! Mas vale a tranquilidade! Seja linda a semana, beijos, chica

So nice to give us the gift of quiet moments, having a yummy tea! Here because of the heat, only very iced tea! But it's worth the peace of mind! Be beautiful the week, kisses, chica
I'm enjoying a little chai tea tonight!
ReplyDeleteCan't go wrong with a nice cup of tea. Even better when served in a pretty teacup
ReplyDeleteI havn't had a soothing Sunday. Your cup of tea helps :-)
ReplyDeleteHave a good week too! -Christine cmlk79.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteIt's been a quiet Sunday here, too. I'm looking forward to another cup of tea this evening.
ReplyDeleteHope you enjoyed your tea, I'm a tea person over coffee but do have coffee once in a while.
ReplyDeleteI don't drink coffee or tea, but Tommy will drink both on occasion. It was a quiet Sunday here. After Saturday, I needed peace and quiet.
ReplyDeleteI love freshly made coffee, but when I have been out for the day there is nothing better than a cup of tea.
ReplyDeleteI never drink coffee, rarely drink Earl Grey wish lemon, very occasionally hot chocolate. My usual drink is boiled water drunk while hot and all the way to cold.
ReplyDeleteSince having covid I can't stand the taste of tea. I'm now a coffee with cream fan. In pretty china cups.
ReplyDeleteHave a sweet week!

ReplyDeleteI like a nice cup of tea too. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm generally a tea drinker (especially green tea) but occasionally I like a coffee. Soothing Sundays are lovely...
ReplyDeleteI used to drink coffee, but I gave that up a while ago, now I'm a tea drinker! I love English Breakfast tea, I think that's my favourite!
ReplyDeleteI also enjoy a cup of tea on a relaxed Sunday afternoon. However, I would rather have coffee in the mornings. I wish you a good week, too.
ReplyDeleteCoffee in the morning, tea the rest of the day.
ReplyDelete:-)
