Hard to believe we are more than midway through September.
Here in the UK we have been enjoying sunshine.
Many in Central Europe have terrible floods!
The weather worldwide does seem to cause mayhem from time to time.
Wherever in the world you are, I hope you are well.
In todays post I'm sharing three recipes - which one may you try?
The choices are chicken, salmon or a tasty soup.
Have a look below and use the links for the recipe details.
Pesto Lemon Chicken
This is a Mary Berry recipe, it's her take on the classic Mediterranean tricolore salad but with cucumber instead of mozzarella and added chicken.

Lemon and Chilli Crusted Salmon ... with extra fine green beans
you don't have to use fine green beans, asparagus, or broccoli is nice too

All the best Jan
Every recipe looks wonderful Jan. We are getting much needed rain here in Virginia. Have a nice evening.
ReplyDeleteI really like Mary Berry. These look like some good ones.
ReplyDeleteI would choose to try the first...while my daughter would probably choose the salmon one.
ReplyDelete...I'll have the chicken, please.
ReplyDeleteGracias por la receta. Te mando un beso.
ReplyDeleteThey all look healthy and very tasty too.
ReplyDeleteI will select salmon and soup.
ReplyDeleteThe parsnip and apple soup sounds like a delicious change of pace
ReplyDeleteThey all look good, I've never had parsnip and apple soup, might be nice for a change.
ReplyDeleteThe soup for me. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteParsnip and apple soup sounds really tasty. Parsnips are so often overlooked, I feel, but they're so sweet and tasty.
ReplyDeleteI want all three!
ReplyDeleteAll three of the recipes sound delicious - the weather around our globe is disturbing.
ReplyDeleteAll three meals look delicious! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteTake care, have a great day!
The soup for me please.
ReplyDeleteTina
They all look good. Probably my first try would be the salmon though. Then onto the others. Have a great rest of your day!
ReplyDeleteChicken for me too.
ReplyDeleteThe chicken sounds tempting!
ReplyDeleteThe three recipes look really good. I would especially like the soup.
ReplyDeleteYum... thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteCarla
That soup looks amazing. And so easy to make dairy free too :-D
ReplyDeleteIt all looks good to me. I've never heard of apple soup.
ReplyDeleteBeing vegetarian I'm always swapping things out. However, I'd go for the salmon if I wasn't vegetarian. Have a lovely evening, we've certainly got the weather right now! Debbie
ReplyDeleteI have seen the news about those awful floods over there. My heart goes out to all those affects.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the recipes Jan, they look delicious. All the best to you my friend.
I have a salad like that first one most days for lunch.
ReplyDeleteI'll take number one. :)
ReplyDeleteI liked two out of three recipes, Jan, the first two get my vote but the parsnip soup is a no-go. This week, I made a favorite, butternut squash soup as it's the time of year and it's the "right" colo too.
ReplyDeleteThank you for these, Jan. I think I'll try the soup. Xx
ReplyDeleteI choose all of the above! Delicious!
ReplyDeleteHmmm...that looks very tasty. It looks delicious.
ReplyDeleteEvery meal of you looks like a party. Very tasty made and nice photographs.
Many greetings,
Marco
Salmon for me...The soup sounds interesting..Thanks, Jan
ReplyDeleteTodo parece muy sabroso, pero primero me pedirĂa el pollo. Besos.
ReplyDeleteSo good to hear that you are having good weather, it has been a roller coaster here I feel, but they say Autumn like temperatures for next week so I hope that will be the end of the HOT temperatures!
