After a really hot summer, I think we are all ready to welcome fall. Your photos are lovely and I love carrots as a base in a soup. The cumin flavors pair so nicely with the carrots and of course apples just adds additional flavor and sweetness. Thanks for the recipe.

ReplyDeleteI love the colours of Autumn, but it has got very cold very quickly, which I do not like. Having said that its log burning season and I have a beef stew in the slo cooker for dinner tonight.
