  16. Exercise is something that I am horrible with, Jan. I normally get about two miles in each day just doing my regular chores around the house, but to get out and just walk or do any other form of exercise doesn't happen nearly as often as it should. Now that the weather is warming up, I do have a plan to walk some outside each day...even if it's just around the backyard.

  23. Great information!
Exercise always helps. When I ache from exercise, in a weird way it feels happier than when I sit in a chair for hours and get up stiff and aching.
