ReplyDeleteSwans are such graceful birds. I loved seeing so many Whooper swans in Hokkaido earlier this year enjoying the warm waters of the crater lake. I love seeing when they make that heart shape.

Oh, sadly I get a "403 Forbidden" when I click on the "here"-link. I remember a cousin tried to pet a swan and got bitten for that, so I rather keep the distance ;-)

ReplyDeleteWe are blessed to have swans here in our part of Wisconsin. I LOVE them. They stay on the open water on the Red Cedar river in the winter. We are able to appreciate them all year long.
