Cauliflower Chicken Alfredo
Swap Pasta for Cauliflower
makes a lower carb meal ๐Ÿ˜Š
Ingredients
Serves Four
150 g bacon, diced
650 g chicken breasts (without skin)
50 g butter
4 garlic cloves
200 g baby spinach
350 ml heavy (double) whipping cream
110 g grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
550 g cauliflower

Pork tenderloin, bacon, mushrooms, and green beans
cooked together in a creamy garlic sauce with a hint of rosemary.
Simple, delicious and low in carbs ๐Ÿ˜Š
Ingredients
Serves Four
1½ lbs (650g) pork tenderloin or chicken breasts
5 oz. (140g) bacon
7 oz. (200g) mushrooms, sliced
5 oz. (140g) fresh green beans, trimmed and halved
(also known as French beans and haricots verts)
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
salt and ground black pepper
2 tsp dried rosemary
1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
(also known as thickened cream or double cream)
1 tbsp tamari soy sauce

Feta and Cauliflower One Pan Bake
Vegetarian and Lower in Carbs ๐Ÿ˜Š
Ingredients
Serves Four
1 (2 lbs/850g) large cauliflower, broken into florets
1½ tbsp olive oil, divided
salt and ground black pepper
9 oz./260g (1 2⁄3 cups) edamame beans
1½ lbs (650g) cherry tomatoes
4 garlic cloves, whole and smashed
½ tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp chili flakes, optional
¼ cup (60ml) vegetable stock
10 oz./280g (2 cups) feta cheese
¼ cup/11g (1⁄3 oz.) fresh basil, for garnish
