I really do not know where the days go ... they fly by so quickly!
Well, the title of this post is Saturday Supper and Sunday Brunch!

ReplyDeleteThat mash sounds divine! I love mash, especially swede and carrot. Mum used to make loads extra of swede and potato on Christmas Day so there'd be plenty for our traditional Boxing Day fry up at lunchtime. She'd make a big frying pan full and, with a skillful use of an enamel plate, flip it in one big pancake to brown evenly both sides before cutting into wedges to serve.
