I see the the forum of flog mods are pushing the Re: ADVICE FROM MEMBERS VIA THE PM SYSTEM big time. Why are they so paranoid about members contacting each other with advice. Could it be the 1000 calories a day and ludicrous bilge being promoted by the mods recently has drawn a blank ? we need to be told !

Yes the undercover whistleblowers and Black-Ops have got them running. I await with interest Ally's and Jopar's posting on the 'extreme' low-carb, low-fats, low calorie diets of the Ken and Barby of the diabetes world. I won't hold my breath.
