Hi Folks, some well meaning people have requested we keep the grief regarding various anti lowcarb miscreants, and ludicrous misinformation regarding the forum of flog, off this blog. I can see where they are coming from. You could argue it dilutes our lowcarb message, but hey, where’s the fun in letting the misinformation mob off the hook !

One thing that may surprise people, is the fact I learned a few years back, aggro sells. Look at most forums, and you will often see the most signed in members occurred when a good bun fight was in progress. The same applies to this blog. The more controversial the post, the more page views it gets. Page views rocket. The more page views we get, the greater the chance of promoting the lowcarb cause and making new converts. Obviously we will make a few enemies, but as someone once said, you can’t make a good omelette without breaking a few eggs.

    Joke, albeit sexist, by Sid Bonkers gets locked as its not suitable for family forum?!
    Yet all the rage and tantrum throwing and criminally dangerous advice by those anti-low-carbers and that is all allowed?
