“Nuts!” to the Nutty Diabetes “Expert”

    I recently bought the Fat-Head DVD and oddly chose last night to watch it. Highly recommended!

    Tom Naughton, besides being a stand up comic, is also a computer programmer so is not lacking in brain cells or analytical abilities.

    The "Carbo-Queen" has met her match there!

    I know I am biased, but low carbers always seem to be on a higher intellectual level than the Orlistat addicted and the eat carbs and cover with dangerous meds mob. Never once in over three years have they posted anything of value. The best they can offer is we are all different and it works for me bullshit.

    Some of us have to live in the real world. I see the village idiot is telling all he can tolerate a tablespoon of rice. Have you tried working hard on a tablespoon of rice ? The low GI diet is a farce for almost all. I see one or two live ones have joined the forum of flog, interesting times ahead eh.

    With the NHS cut backs they will soon be working for a living in fast food joints.
