Doctor Jay Wortman is a type two diabetic.

Doctor Jay Wortman is a type two diabetic. He is also a lowcarber. He is a family man and his wife is also a lowcarber. Before their daughter Issy was born, she was a lowcarber. Has lowcarbing effected his daughter ? She looks perfect to me !

We do not need sugar and high starch/carb food, full stop.

  2. Our three grandchildren are lowcarbers. Their meals are based on non starchy vegetables such as swede, cabbage, broccoli, brussel sprouts, kale, peppers, tomatoes, celeriac, spinach, mushrooms, cauliflower etc, and fresh fruit. Add some quality chicken, fish, eggs, butter, milk, nuts and seeds. They drink milk and water and they have all they need.

  3. What a lovely little girl.

I have to agree we can do without the high volume of sugars and high carby food. I do wish more people out there would give it a try. I just fail to understand why they don't. If you shop carefully it does not need to be highly expensive. Give it a try if you haven't done so.
