Good healthy fats !

Butter, cream, flax, cheese, avocado, nuts, and olive oil. Always remember, without dietary fat, we die ! These are the fats I use on a daily basis. Obviously high in calories but also full of essential nutrients.

  2. If like me you use butter, Sainsburys have Kerrygold on offer at the moment and it's a good sell by/use by date too.
