...they all look good.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't know which one to choose, the creamy sauce did look good though xx
ReplyDeleteI really enjoy salmon....with just about anything.
ReplyDeleteLove salmon. Panfried in butter with a lemon caper sauce is a favourite around here. These all look like great options!
ReplyDeleteI'm not a salmon lover but your recipes show that it's versatile. I'm sure those who do like salmon will find something they'd enjoy amongst those.
ReplyDeleteGood for those with a taste for seafood.
ReplyDeleteI love salmon! It is something I often choose when we dine out. And all of these are great recipes!
ReplyDeleteSimple is so often the best.
ReplyDeleteMy late father loved salmon better than anything! BEautiful looking dishes.
ReplyDeleteMy brother went fishing in Alaska and shipped me back some salmon. it's so good and so versatile.
ReplyDeleteI love salmon and fixed it recently. I baked mine in parchment paper, because it was a whole salmon, not a fillet. I was almost afraid to cook it, since I spent so much on it. But it turned out far better than I ever imagined. I have a small fillet in my freezer and want to try your basil cream sauce, especially since I still have so much fresh basil in my garden. Thanks for these recipes. I can't wait to try at least a couple of these.
ReplyDeleteFresh Salmon is our once a week treat... so easy to prepare too.
ReplyDeleteLove your suggestions, thank you :D)
I just love salmon. Unfortunately too many restaurants cover it with sauces and things I cannot eat. I don't trust the freshness of it in supermarkets and frozen has preservatives I'm allergic too. Every once in a while I do find a restaurant that will just plain bake it on a cedar plank. Then I'm in heaven.
ReplyDeleteDelicious indeed. Thanks for sharing Jan.
ReplyDeleteThank you Jan! I love salmon and lemon pepper! Big Hugs!
ReplyDeleteI should really make the effort to eat more salmon given its many benefits. For some reason it's not a fish I am drawn to. I did cook it recently with a little white wine and fresh dill and enjoyed it very much.
ReplyDeleteThat salmon looks so good. Grilled to perfection, slightly crispy on top, juicy in the middle. Just how we like it from our old microwave.
