I sent an email to lowcarbdiabetic@aol.com saying that I had somehow lost the bookmark for your blog and was not able to find it. But now I have, so I thought I would let you know in case you had received that email. I am so glad I found it and don't understand why it was so difficult to find. I really like your blog and it helps me! I'm another low carb diabetic.

What beautiful photos! Congrats to your little athlete! How sweet! I'm so happy that fall is closer, it is still going to be in the 80's here, but it's much better than 105! Happy Wednesday!

Wow! That's good timing as I was just going to start replying to emails, including yours!
I'm so pleased you have been able to find us again …

Yes, so many diabetics (and non diabetics) do find that by following a diet/lifestyle that is lower in carbs, higher in (healthy) fat and with moderate protein can lead to a healthier life, and help to avoid the higher blood sugar spikes that a high carb diet can bring.

Many thanks for your comment

All the best Jan

A beautiful mix of autumn goodness. The flowers are gorgeous. Your grandson looks so sweet sporting his trophy. Warming dishes are easing their way into our menus these days, too.
