ReplyDeleteA lovely colourful post. Well done to your grandson, a lovely photo, one for the album.
ReplyDeleteNice pictures all around. Love the grandson and trophy.
ReplyDeleteI sent an email to lowcarbdiabetic@aol.com saying that I had somehow lost the bookmark for your blog and was not able to find it. But now I have, so I thought I would let you know in case you had received that email. I am so glad I found it and don't understand why it was so difficult to find. I really like your blog and it helps me! I'm another low carb diabetic.
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful photos! Congrats to your little athlete! How sweet! I'm so happy that fall is closer, it is still going to be in the 80's here, but it's much better than 105! Happy Wednesday!
ReplyDeleteThe flowers as well as the basket of vegetables are beautiful and so very colorful.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to your grandson!!
Oh look at that sweet face! He's proud of himself and well he should be. I know you are too, Jan.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful fall colors in your post today!
Awww, I love sunflowers and gerbera!!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd I had red pepper today in my salad :-)
Congrats to the trophy!
Still a tad sad Autumn is here, though...
Great selection...especially the 'wee angel' with his trophy.
ReplyDeleteCongrats to your grandson! Reminds me I should put my fall flowers out soon!

Wow! That's good timing as I was just going to start replying to emails, including yours!
I'm so pleased you have been able to find us again …
Yes, so many diabetics (and non diabetics) do find that by following a diet/lifestyle that is lower in carbs, higher in (healthy) fat and with moderate protein can lead to a healthier life, and help to avoid the higher blood sugar spikes that a high carb diet can bring.
Many thanks for your comment
