Yup, I find the whole thing both pathetic and ridiculous! Everyone, not just kids, acts like they will die without it and treats it as though it is an integral part of their appendage attached to their bodies! I lived without it for many years, and will continue to do so. Get a real grip, folks ... seriously! :(
