This salad looks so yummy. Love avocados, but it's hard to find a good one here in the city.
ReplyDeleteI don't like avocado but the rest of it looks yummy.
ReplyDeleteSubstituting green beans for the peas would make this Keto friendly. You had me at bacon.
ReplyDeleteYummy! Of course I would use soy bacon. We are attempting to grow avocados from seed. It doesn't seem to be going well! They are expensive here.
ReplyDeleteOh my God that looks good. One to try for sure. Anything with avocado is a winner in my book,
ReplyDeleteThe salad look delicious. The avocados look big and nicely ripened unlike what we get here but I buy and eat them any way ;-)
ReplyDeleteSooooooooo yummy, wish I had some in front of me right now! Valerie
ReplyDeleteI love avocado!
ReplyDeleteThis looks good with or without the meet.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the flowers. They are definitely a day brightener;)
I love the look and ingredients for this salad! I eat a salad everyday at lunch ad this would be a great one to rotate. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteThis sounds delicious but I would leave out the peas. My 'system' does not tolerate them. The rest of it? Delicious!!! xo Diana
ReplyDelete...look nice and refreshing.
ReplyDeleteSounds like the perfect salad :) Thanks, Jan!
ReplyDeleteGuess I need to stop and see if they have any ripe avocados today, Ate my last for breakfast
ReplyDeleteI have everything but the chicken! Something inspired by this will be in my future today...Perhaps hard-boiled egg? Perhaps salmon?
ReplyDeleteLooks delicious, what a great salad.
ReplyDelete...bacon rasher....I love to learn new terms i have never heard of - ...this looks so good.
ReplyDeleteA very healthy and easy salad.
ReplyDeleteI've made a salad almost the same as this. I love a good salad.
ReplyDeleteAvocados are one of my favorite fruits. I love to eat them plain, too. Loved the 20 tips, and one your mixed media and fabric readers might enjoy is the skins and seed can be cut in pieces, cooked, then strained to make the most beautiful pink dye for fabric.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful spring flowers to brighten my snowy day, Jan.
Looks so good! Thank you Jan! Big Hugs!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like quite a meal.
ReplyDeleteOh, we had such yummy avocados in Perth, always ripe.
ReplyDeleteavocado is popular fruit in here but never used in salad
ReplyDeleteYup this is a definite Jan.. we had a delicious salad for dinner tonight, the avocados are big and perfect 💚
