As regular readers know, this blog brings a variety of recipe ideas. However, not all may be suitable for you; if you may have any food allergies, or underlying health issues these must always be taken into account. If you are a diabetic and not sure how certain foods may affect your blood sugars, test is best, i.e. use your meter.
I am often asked about low carb bread, so thought I would do a post showing six different choices of lower carb bread recipes. These recipes use a range of low carb flours, for example almond flour, coconut flour and flax seed. If you are just starting a low carb diet/lifestyle you may feel confused with which low carb flours to use. You may never have used any of them before and how to use them properly can be daunting. Low carb flours do not behave like wheat flour, and how to use them in your old regular high carb recipes is a common question. Of course you may also be interested, or want to know more about them. If that is the case then Libby at 'Ditch The Carbs' site has a very good guide, and you can read it here
Now, onto the recipe suggestions, I hope you may be able to give these low carb breads a try !

These look really interesting, Jan. Not sure about them but yet very interesting. Thanks.
Crikey some of these don't sound like bread at all! Luckily I'm not a big bread eater so it's very easy for me to give it a miss. Take care and have a great week, Sue xx
These all sound delicious. yummy! Valerie
What a wonderful blog full of tasty bread.
...they all look great!
Hi Jan great post. I'm familiar with all the flours and have tried several. Some are better than others! I'm experimenting with oat fiber and vital wheat gluten and trying to come up with a recipe my husband will like!
I am not a big bread eater but if I was to try one of these it would be the Almond flour no seeds. Diverticulitis people are not suppose to do seeds. That would be me.
Bread in a mug looks interesting.
Thank you. Some of these look very tempting and I will have to explore/experiment.
What wonderful choices you've shared, Jan! They all look marvelous...thank you!
Garlic and Rosemary Cauliflower Bread looks really good.
These all look delicious!!
One thing for sure...they all look delicious.
Looks very tasty.
God bless.
Interesting recipes. I sure wish I could eat almond flour (allergic to almonds) as they nuts and their flour have such good protein and health benifits.
How interesting to make that bread.
Does look nice and appetising.
There's some interesting sounding options there. It's good to know there's alternatives to normal bread if you want to give them a go.
Hello,
These all look delicious. I might try the almond flour bread.
Enjoy your day, have great week ahead.
WOW, all these amazing breads!!
I usually just make plain white bread in my bread maker...sometimes adding some mixed seeds. However, these look fantastic, so I will try them all.
Thank you so much for sharing.😊😊
Enjoy this wonderful sunny weather!
Hugs xxx
Oh, my goodness! I'm trying to cut down on bread. But how can I resist your recipes, these breads sound delicious. Just looking at your photos makes me salivate. :)

Danette May Found The Recipe Of Here Superfood Cacao Bliss
I can't believe the negative reviews. From the moment I first tried this, I haven't gone a day without it! Granted, I was already used to raw Cacao Bliss and dark chocolate, so for me the flavor is just right. Not too sweet at all and definitely not watered down.
Hi Jan, This looks so interesting ... I've got to give it a try. Thank you for sharing your blog. Take care and stay safe! John
I've tried the almond flour bread Jan, very nice. I'm trying the no bread for a while, it's not easy 😊
Jan, thanks for the blog visit, and thanks here for the vitamin lesson. I needed it.
I think of bread as being a carb, so this is a new way of thinking for me. Thx!
Goodness, they all look absolutely delicious! You can't beat homemade bread.xxx
Thanks for the tips but I think I must give them all a miss. I find it impossible to give up my crusty sour dough bread. I do usually have it with tuna and no mayo - honest.
