This blog first started back in December 2010 … and we are still here … doing our best to post a wide selection of articles.
We firmly believe in the LCHF lifestyle, and how low carb choices can help diabetics.
We would like to to say a big thank you to ALL our readers, and those who do take time to stop and leave a thought or comment, you are appreciated.
Included here are just a few thank you's from the many different countries who use this blog, with some apologies, because we know there are many languages that do not appear here.
THANK YOU to all.
merci, danke, tak, terima kasih, xie xie, grazie, dziekuje, obrigado, spasibo, gracias, tack, tesekkür ederim, do jeh, Дякую, thank you.
Good Luck and Good Health To All
Jan and Eddie
Hi! I love your blog - it is one of my favorites even though I am not diabetic nor follow a low carb diet! The articles and info are always interesting. I don’t often comment because I don’t actually have a blog, and some bloggers don’t acknowledge comments unless you have a blog too. Keep up the hood work!
ReplyDeleteWell done :-) It is nearly your blog birthday.
ReplyDeleteAnd Thank YOU for writing your blog and keeping at it so faithfully. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks you for posting! It's good to eat fewer carbs and you've sent lots of ideas my way!

ReplyDeleteWe owe you the thanks, Jan, for keeping us interested in trying to improve our diet, with different ways to make healthy food interesting and appealing, and to realize that cooking is a creative challenge not a chore.
ReplyDeleteYour blog posts are always interesting, and I like finding new recipes. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteHi Jan,
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on 11 years of blogging! And responding to your title of this post … You are most welcome! I have learned a lot about the LCHF lifestyle from you and, for that, I must say THANK YOU! There is no doubt you’re on the right track with LCHF. It goes without saying, we humans must eat to stay alive. On one side we have those who are marketing their product. Often, their goal is not to keep us healthy, but rather to make a profit. Then, on the other side, The Low Carb Diabetic blog is helping us make the right choices. So, thanks again. I appreciate what you and Eddie are doing with this blog and I appreciate (and look forward to) your kind comments on my blog. Wishing you and Eddie happy days ahead and kind regards from Seattle.
John

ReplyDeleteI want to thank YOU for all of the great information and wonderful recipes you share! What a difference you've made in my life! I talked to my son on his birthday last week and told him about the apple cake I made...the first piece of cake I've had in over 10 years. Finding the recipes that use almond flour has made all the difference for me. And today, I made the vanilla wafers again. I freeze them and just take one out when I want a treat! They are my favorite dessert now. Hope you enjoy many more years of blogging and sharing! Sweet (sugar free) hugs, Diane from Florida
