Still makes sense to me
First posted this in 2018 and it still makes sense to me.
Can I trade an hours swim every day for the meditation. I do an hours crocheting outside for my baby grandaughter and this is my happy place! Take care and have a very happy weekend Jan & Eddie xx
HA...if you did everything that you read about that is said to be so good for you, you would not have time for anything else during the day. No eating, playing, cleaning, visiting, blogging......nothing. I have never had the purple, but love the green

ReplyDeleteI've been without a regular TV for over a month. I watch live stream and PBS.
Turning on the radio is even relaxing.
Meditation is not an easy thing for me.
ReplyDeleteWow, these are good recommendations to lead a healthy life, away from stress and junk food.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy Friday and the weekend a lot
Big hugs, Caty
