June used to be the fourth month of the year
Before Julius Caesar came to power, the calendar year only had 10 months, with June being the fourth month. In 46 BC he created the Julian calendar by adding two more months to the year, which made June the sixth month.
June has two star signs
If you were born on or before the 20th of June, you’re a Gemini, often characterized as passionate, adaptable, and intelligent. If you were born on the 21st of June or later, you’re a Cancer, considered to possess a depth of emotion and a great sense of loyalty. Do these descriptions fit you?

The beautiful Rose and Honeysuckle are the birth flowers of June.Both symbolize all things related to love, desire, generosity, and affection. More things I did not know, but I do know the June bug very well and don't like them after they got all caught up in my long hair when I was kid, to this day I try to stay away from them.
ReplyDeleteHoneysuckle and roses are two of my favorite flowers. I hate june bugs, though. At my grandparents' place, they'd fly onto the porch at night and crash into you.
