ReplyDeleteTinsel was invented in 1610? I would have guessed the 1950's. Isn't it plastic? Well, maybe it was metal at first? Interesting!

ReplyDeleteI'd never heard of Twixmas before, but then I read something about it in the newspaper and now here you are. LOL.
ReplyDeleteI used to put icicles on the Christmas tree, but it got to be silly because I told my kids to put it on carefully so they'd be easy to remove when we took the tree down. However, my son was not into being careful and loved to throw it on saying it was more natural that way.
