I have always enjoyed cheesecake, and even during these past few years when living the LCHF lifestyle I still enjoy them, as an occasional cheesecake treat! With Christmas only weeks away, I share these two recipes just in case you may wish to include them in your menu plans.
No Bake Keto Cheesecake
Jill Wallentin says "This silky, creamy, keto cheesecake has a tang of lemon and is the perfect sugar-free dessert for special occasions. You don't have to be an experienced baker to make this impressive and delicious treat — as a matter of fact, you don't even have to turn on the oven! Serve it as is or top it with your favourite low-carb toppings, such as a sugar-free cherry sauce."16 servings

Mjammie. I think they all love it here. I myself am allergic to almonds. So I think I should choose something else instead of almond flour.
Just saying the word "Cheesecake" caught me. Your recipes are excellent.
