Hi Jan, the flowers are gorgeous! This is a new thing to me....cinnamon cake. In the photo it reminds me of date squares, which I really like. I don't eat sweets often, and I am not even sure if date squares are considered sweet.
I do try to watch my sugar intake. I appreciate all you share here. A heartfelt thanks!

Many thanks for your lovely comment here and on other posts.
It was interesting to see you mention 'date squares' which I'd not come across.
I did find a recipe which I will link to below (I'm sure there are many others too). It uses a wonderful mix of ingredients and I'm sure they are tasty but they are higher in carbs than the cinnamon cake recipe I linked to in my post here.
Recipe for date squares with nutrition breakdown can be seen here:-

Have a good Friday and weekend too.

All the best Jan

Your's looks delicious and I know it's healthy. My Sour Cream Cinnamon Coffee cake is delicious but not low on carbs!! Yesterday I made scones, they are not so sweet as coffee cake.

That's a great to make cake by using a mix of almond and coconut flour, due to the fact that they retain more of the grain's original nutrients and fiber compared to refined flours like white flour 🥐☕
Have a nice weekend ☀
