I love soup in the cold weather. I've never had cold soup though. Considering that salads and cold sandwiches are good in the summer, I really should try it! Thanks for the links.

In my world soup is always a hot meal, the thought of cold soup doesn't excite me one iota.
I don't even like the sound of cold soup, it just sounds so wrong...but that recipe for the Tuscan vegetable soup sounds delicious.
Cold soup doesn't really appeal, but maybe I should try it!

I have never tried cold soup. The cucumber sounds like it would be tasty.
I once had a cold apple creamy soup with onions and potatoes that was memorable. I wish I could find the recipe or one like it.

Dear Jan, although the cucumber and avocado look and sound delicious, I have to admit that I have never eaten cold soup! I sometimes have cottage cheese and peaches in hot weather, I make a salad or have a cucumber sandwich. Thank you so much for sharing, dear friend.
