Problems controlling diabetes ? See an ex Engineer !

“In a former life, Dr Bernstein was an engineer. Bob Krause was an engineer too. Is this just a coincidence? Perhaps not. This is purely anecdotal, but I have found that many of the most creative-thinkers in the area of health and nutrition have a background in engineering.

One of the sharpest minds in the blogosphere is Dr. Michael R. Eades. I’m sure you’re aware of his site, and would agree with him on most things regarding diet and health. He, too, began his career as an engineer.”

Engineers must weigh different design choices on their merits and choose the solution that best matches the requirements. Their crucial and unique task is to identify, understand, and interpret the constraints on a design in order to produce a successful result. In other words, they make things work.

  1. I'm married to an engineer and they do see things in a different way. He is paid to solve problems not create them. He makes things work which surely is what we diabetics have to do. Do things that work for us in bringing down and controlling our sugar numbers.
