Garlic Ginger Tarragon Shrimp

1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and cleaned
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2-inch piece of ginger, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, finely chopped
1 tablespoon butter

Instructions serves two

Bring a saute pan to medium heat with the butter. Add the garlic, ginger, and tarragon and cook 2 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook 2 more minutes, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with tamari and serve.
