Baked Eggs with Asparagus and Parmesan
Take some eggs, they may have a funny face on ...
... or they may look more like this
and some asparagus
Parmesan Cheese will also be needed
and you could make these
For two servings you need:
Ingredients: Four eggs (room temperature is best)
8 thick asparagus spears, cut them on the diagonal into bite-sized pieces
2 Tbs Parmesan Cheese
2 tsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
