ReplyDeleteBroccoli, Yes. I only like Bell peppers raw and my mother told me that I could not be a vegetarian since I do not like Brussels Sprouts. I do love frittata though.

Bread, I found some good low carb recipes (sadly not good for freezing and too much for one, Ingo hates them).
Thumbs up to broccoli and bell peppers. Brussel sprouts are okay if they are roasted.

I would say that baked bell peppers look great and I have the peppers in my garden ready to be picked for it :)
