Dear reader, this blog offers a wide variety of recipe/food ideas, not all may be suitable for you. If you may have any food likes / dislikes, allergies, or underlying health issues these must always be taken into account. If you are a diabetic and not sure how certain foods may affect your blood sugars, test is best, i.e. use your meter. If you have any concerns about your health, it is always advisable to consult your doctor or health care team.

All the best Jan

Much like with children I have to conceal vegetables before himself will eat them. In a casserole is a tried and true method.

We make sure to have green vegetables every day - it's so easy to add them to a dish.

I love green peppers! In recent times, often pushed aside for their more colourful, sweeter relatives, some recipes just don't work if they don't include green pepper!
Bon appetite! Debbie

My choice would be the cauliflower casserole, Jan. There is no vegetable that some cheese can't improve.
