That mash sounds divine! I love mash, especially swede and carrot. Mum used to make loads extra of swede and potato on Christmas Day so there'd be plenty for our traditional Boxing Day fry up at lunchtime. She'd make a big frying pan full and, with a skillful use of an enamel plate, flip it in one big pancake to brown evenly both sides before cutting into wedges to serve.

You had me laughing here, Jan.
I am German.
And when we go to Australia we get sausages with beans and eggs on the plane for breakfeast and I think...
No? A sausage in the morning??? 5 Months and I´ll have that again ;-)

Both great suggestions. This year is flying by in a flash, isn't it, I can't believe we're two thirds through the year already, where has that time gone.

Fortunadamente puedo comer de todo y me jedo llevar por mis gusto, aunque también tiene mucha influencia la estación en que me encuentro. Ahora que hace un calor exagerado por mi tierra, prefiero comer comidas fresca.
Un abrazo.

Fortunately, I can eat anything and I let my tastes guide me, although the season also has a lot of influence. Now that it's so hot in my hometown, I prefer to eat fresh food.
Hugs.
